I can't get to this quest! I put it off when my rogue didn't have enough search skill, but now I've come back with 20 in search and I still can't find it! I looked at the walkthrough and I'm looking in the right spot as well. What am I missing?

In the Main Halls walkthrough, I can't get to areas 25 & 26.

Hmm IIRC there is only a secret door there. However the game automatically rolls a spot check when you characters are near a secret door and even with high skill you might not be able to see it (bad rolls). What i would suggest is to turn the little option that show the rolls been made. When you get near this area the game should start rolling spot checks so keep on eye on the rolls until you succed.
