Charwood forest guy didnt drop journal

I don't think the Charwood guy dropped the journal or I left it there. Is there anyway to "restart" that part of the game, I don't want to have to restart the whole game because of a bug. Is there a cheat code I can use?

It would be best to use an earlier save game. If you havn't got one you should remember to save often, you never know when something bad will happen.

You can also try the Divine Pool at the temple of Tyr, Usually all quest items that have been misplaced or dropped go there.
