Is this a bug, happened to anyone else? Help!

I just leveled up, and once I level up I have to unsummon my animal companion, and well I died somehow as I was unsummoning him. There were no monsters around or anything. Is there anything I could do to fix this, because it dosen't send me back to the temple so I can just go back. Just lying dead on the floor.

Seems to be a bug that one - I've never had that happen to me myself.

Is it a one time occurance? - if so loading a previously savegame might help/correct it?

Yeah thats what I did, I just went to a different saved game. Thanks though.
