Customized Sounds Particularly Tolkien Characters

I'm asking the veterans to recommend the best place to acquire custom sound sets for characters, particularly Tolkien's Lord of the Rings characters. Legitimate files only. Please advise. Thank you.

It's all tolkien artwork but it's quite the collection.

thats all i know of mods for tolkiens works
