I uninstalled NeverwinterNights a while ago, when it was running (rather) smoothly,
not I've reinstalled it on the same PC, with the same stat's and now it runs realy bumy.

Anyone any idea what could be the problem?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

driverproblem most likely :)

check your directx, your graphicscard drivers etc.

Also try cleaning up various files on your harddrive, might be some left over files from last install.
