okay, does ne1 know why your henchman (at least, that ive seen) cnt get past lvl14...also, what is the avg lvl for finishing the game...?? sorry, just wonderin'

I think the average LVL is 20... sorry if i'm wrong

Henchmen are hard coded to level cap at 14.

Average level at finish is 15 with the recent patches that fixed experience rewards. Pure casters and rogues receive more experience for monster kills, and will typically be level 16-17 at the end.

Before the patches, you were 20 at the end of chapter 3.
