Hi all,

just started playing this great game and I am having problems controlling my henchman (magic user) who decides it is a good idea to stand next to my main character and get attacked opportunistically (good word!) etc. even when i tell her to stand far away, stand ground then attack nearest with her ranged weapon etc.

Am i doing something wrong or is this a known issue. This could get quite annoying?

It is a known issue that AI of the henchmen is poor.

http://www.nwvault.com should have an improved AI for henchmen.
(don't know how it works - cause I've not tried it myself)
