Tech Question about Patching

Hi !

I have a problem with patching the game. I recently had to reinstall my Windows OS and, after that, NWN (German Version). Installing NWN went without a glitch, manually updating from 1.14 to 1.19 went fine as well. But when I tried to manually update from 1.19 to 1.21, it stopped saying that my file nwnmain.exe was bad and could not continue. I de-installed NWN and then tried re-installing from scratch, but the problem remains.
The strange thing is I used the very same patches when I patched NWN before re-installing XP and it worked fine on the very same hardware.
The Auto- Update function is out of the question for me because I only have a 56k modem connection, but I´d like to play custom made modules.
Has anybody else ever encountered this sort of problem ? Any solutions ?
I mailed to the INfogrames Support a few days ago, but all I got from them was an automated response acknowledging my mail.

why don't you go directly from 1.14 to 1.21? that might solve the problem the dl will however be lrger...but if you use a dl manager it should be fine....
