Wooden Stakes

This may seem like a stupid question but how do you equip your character with wooden stakes? I've tried everything (well not everything or it would have worked). Please let me know.

When staking vampires,you don't need to equip your character with the wooden stakes.Just as long as there are any wooden stakes in your character's inventory,you'll just have to click on the coffin to stake the vampire
