Weapon speed

Post by Stranger »

This might seem like something of an odd question, but with my lack of a manual, I must ask... how do you determine the speed of a weapon? I mean, obviously, the part of the weapon description marked "speed", but does a higher number mean it's faster or slower?

The higher the number, the better. The Garou Claw, Berserker Fang, or Ainkurn Sword are some of the best weapons in the game due to their higher speeds and aggravated damage.

Also, disiciplines like Celerity can increase that exponetionally as well, creating an uber-melee fighter.

Thanks :)

I wasn't sure, because I couldn't figure if it was sort of a general velocity number, making a high number better, or a delay between strikes, making a low number better. Glad I got that cleared up.
