Guh....quantitative analysis.....ugh. I had a unit on that in high school, and man......that was troublesome. But dont worry. Hypothesis testing is much simpler then QA. And the Z table and bell curve analysis is fun.

  • Day Twenty-nine:
Returned from an extended weekend just in time to see Gwen off. But plenty of company still around: Flibble, KidD01 and Fas. Hell (pun intended), even BS happened to be online, when I was. A moment later, Beldin also joined the ranks in discussing the concept of hell and damnation…

However, it would seem, I had just missed Scayde ;) .

Luckily, the beating took my mind of things. For once, the beating was over swiftly.

After the beating, I congratulated Morlock on his birthday and then there was some time for more contemplation.

In that moment of contemplation, I also got an idea that I thought was going to score me a few points in the field of Wealth with Duffman's Rent-A-Room Inc..

Some time after that Ty showed up at his tavern, as did BM despite his fleeing the parrot's presence.

And on Rob-hin reporting he had passed his hardest trimester so far, day twenty-nine of the experiment ended.
  • Day Thirty:
I started the day congratulating Dottie on surviving another year.

After that, I mixed a mug of C.C.B. and then drove Thug, who apparently liked the idea of Duffman's Rent-A-Room Inc, to one of the larger Duff rooms and stopped by Beldin's Herbal Remedies and Liquor Shop on my way back.

About half an hour later, Beldin posted this thread in reply to another thread, which together form one of the leading case studies on male and female psychology :D .

Back at Beldin's shop, Beldin made an excellent suggestion to further increase Duff sales by using Duffman's Rent-A-Room Inc to strike a deal with HLD and McBane and start Duffcam Live! TM.

Later that day Ty and BM, who turned out to be respectively tired and bored, arrived at Ty's tavern.

Which shows the strange things boredom can do to a man… :D

Meanwhile, I was discussing the Duffcam Live! TM with Beldin, who pointed out that the presence of Duff logo's might have been subject to prosecution, were it not for McBane who assured us he could provide any loophole we might need.

And so, day thirty ended very promising.
  • Day Thirty-one:
Second day in a row, which I started by congratulating someone. This time, I congratulated BS on reaching 10k.

Much to my horror, I found that the Shelbyvillians' fiendish plot had continued in Duffman's absence.

Luckily, they hadn't gotten to Flibble yet. When I told him I was waiting for "Life of Brian" to arrive, he told me "The Meaning of Life" was on his want list and we ended up discussing the problems with region coding on DVD's.

Beldin appeared, followed by Gwen, who stopped by before turning to bed. It turned out she was a kindred spirit  .

When Gwen left, I returned to the task at hand: setting up the camera's. With everything set up, Beldin opened the Rolling Thunder Roadside Café and Motel, where we were joined by Scayde and Kam. Kam told us how he had finally got round to watching some of the Jay & Silent Bob movies too.

After that, he was reunited with Monty, while I was reunited with an old acquaintance too, after returning Scayde a *hug*.

With Kam having seen most of the View Askew movies, there was a small discussion on who was the coolest: Silent Bob or Samuel L. Jackson :D but it was interrupted with Flammie's return.

After that small incident, we were joined by AC and BM.

Then, the Link Master struck again.

And with another Kevin Smith-related joke, I ended day thirty-one.
  • Day Thirty-two:
After a 15-hour rubdown, it turned out I had missed quite a few things.

Flibble seemed to feel right at home and was looking forward to the weekend after all, after the scheduled server upgrade got cancelled.

Not much after that, Beldin turned up as well, quoting Ty, but Flibble admitted he had something to do with it and that it had been a plan (apparently not without a certain degree of success) to confuse Ty.

I decided to pop out for a moment and quickly drove up to the Duff room I had provided for Thug, found it to be a success and returned.

Meanwhile, Fas was taking care of the shine-induced bunnies with his Desert Eagle. As usual, Fas claimed to be the scapegoat.

At the end of the day, it turned out Beldin's day had been terrible and so I scratched my last remark, before signing off for the weekend.
  • Day Thirty-three and Thirty-four:
Two days of weekend - lots to drink, little to report. 'nuff said.
That is how the fifth week went. We asked the jury to cast their votes, and these are the points they awarded me:

Love + Health + Wealth = Happiness.
85 + 90 + 90 = 265. Again, we add the totals for Week One, Two, Three and Four and divide by 5 this time, which gives us the happiness points for Week Five: (150+125+240+280+265)/5 = 212. In attachment you can find the graph.

Damned! Stranded at 0.5 happiness points from reaching the "triangle of delight" . Why? WHYYYyyyyyy… ?! *sigh*

Tune in again on Monday, for the conclusion of Duffman's Important Alcoholic Experiment and find out whether I have succeeded in proving that Duff improves the quality of life…

The more embarrising stuff happened when I was a raccoon.

But I think Ive had my best times as either the silver knight, or the dark knight. Those were the times I seemed to be on top. :D
