Problems enterring the Mortuary-spoilers

I seem to be having a problem reenterring the Mortuary in the Hive. I have collected Deionarra's legacy, talked to her father, and used her sensory stone. I want to go talk to her ghost now, but every time I try to enter the Mortuary, the game crashes. The next time I try to run the game, I get some message about color settings. I can't open it at that point, but the next time I try, I have no troubles--until I try to enter the Mortuary again.
Does anyone know whats going on here?

Just so you know, there will be no new dialog with Deionarra in the Mortuary.

Getting back into the Mortuary crashes for a lot of people. Try emptying Torment's "temp" and "cache" folders.
If that doesn't work you can try dying which will bring you to the second floor and then try to go downstairs.

Skooter,

If there is no new dialogue with Deionarra why you would like going back into the Mortuary? What if Dustmen see you and turn hostile?

However, another way to get access inside is by speaking to Pock (spl?), the man who's standing outside the Mortuary -- at the entrance.

I didn't know if there would be new dialoge or not. I had learned a little about Deionarra, so I thought I'd see if I could say anything new to her. I figured I'd just see what the Dustmen thought of me once inside.
I had forgotten about Pox. I'll have to try him.
