Hello, i`ve got a problem when i want Bhaal to follow me in to the library. He wont follow me in to the library.
It doesnt matter what i do he just wont follow me.
Is this some kind of bug?
Certainly sounds like a bug. Could you be more specific? What exactly does happen? Does Bhaal simply turn around and run away, or stay at the edge, snarling, or freeze in place, or...?

I`m playing the game with one mage, i attacked it outside of the library and i have let it follow me, its allready "Nearly Dead" but when i enter the library its standing still before the door and when i go outside again, it starts atacking me again.
He just won`t walk threw the door .
There is a bit of dialogue you must have with the Bhaal avatar before he will follow you through the door. It sounds like you made him go hostile before he had this dialogue. This happened to me once. The only way I could fix it was to reload from a prior save-game. (In my case this was the act-crazy-so-Desharik-will-lock-you-up routine.) You could try charming Bhaal and see if that will make him talk to you.
Have you spoken to Imoen inside the library first? Also did you speak to Bhaal before attacking, and if so, what did you say? I've found that taunting Bhaal to try and catch you always works.
There are 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who don't. I think I think, therefore I might be.
I did that, i first talked to the demon and then to imoen.
Then i walked to the Bhaal Sarevok and let him follow me.
But he wont come in to the library, he stayes in front of the door...
1. talk to imoen
2. talk to bhaal
3. bhaal turns red, and everything that's red you should attack
4. enter the libarary
5. he should follow, go to imoen (maybe talk to here quick)
6. kill him when he's close to imoen
@Stilgar: I did all that but when i walk threw the door, he doesn't . It`s just like he`s waiting for me to come out again or something.
I`m going to reinstall the game now maybe the bug disappears.
PS: and again talking to Imoen doesn't work either.
You shouldn't have to talk to Imoen first. The script is written that way, but if you talk to Bhaal first, he should follow you then you just talk to Imoen twice. (Actually she talks to you.)
Let us know if reinstalling works. It definitely sounds like you have a bug.
Originally posted by Stilgar That could be the problem,
have you got the latest patch?
...and are you using any mods in conjunction with the main program?

I reinstalled the game but my windows crashed, so i cant start up the game
A soon as i can start the game again i will lett u guys know!
It`s really frustrating me
But i have patience.
Well i reinstalled the game... It didn't work at all the bug is still there... the bug is still inplanted in the savegame i guess.
I think i have to play the game all over again with one mage to see if the bug is gone.
And i wasn't playing any mods at all, not one installed either.
thanks for all the support you guys!

This time you 1) didn't attack Bhaal, and 2) simply approached him. Correct?

Yes, I walked to him and he started to talk to me, we had a bit of conversation, and then he attacked me. I walked to the door and let him get a bit close ( to make sure he see's me walking into the library) but he keeps standing in front of the door and doesn't come into the building.
At that point, you should go to your Imoen dream self, and speak to her. Then you should be able to lead your Bhaal self in.
