SPOILER..
Hello everyone, My char (Nuetral Evil K/M) has romanced Viconia through to the Oasis. We fought Jamis, I hung around there till she and I had the conversation about her changing, and she changed to true neutral. After entering Amkhetran, speaking to Balthazar, when we rest for the first time after the Oasis ( in the Abyssal Fortress) , she starts a conversation saying:
"Before we sleep, I have a question that requires your indulgence"
in the end she starts to cry while talking about her brother and how she feels my char is more important than her own self. Then she asks "What next? Only companionship?..." and my char replies "Marriage, Children ..." and finally "We should wait and see". Then I had to manually press the REST again to rest. (Unlike SOA where you rested automatically right after a romance dialogue).
Now, the problem is, this conversation is repeating itself at certain intervals. I've had it happen twice in Sendai's enclave. Once before Killing Sendai, once after. The second time the dialogue was shown with Minsc's (!!!!!) name on it..as in:
Viconia:
Minsc:
Viconia:
Each time it repeats I reenter the same choices, only to have it repeat again a few game hours later. Could anyone tell me how to fix this bug to prevent repetition and also to prevent big hamster lovin' rangers from muscling in on my romance? ( That no good ......). Viconia's EXPLOVETALK before the conversation was 13, after the conversation was 14.
Thanks a lot, everyone...

If I remember correctly
I had this same bug. Download Shadowkeeper, I don't have the URL handy but a search should probably bring it up. Save your game in a new save game so if you mess it up it won't matter. In Shadowkeeper open up your save file and check Viconia's Global variables. Change her romance variable to 1, 2, then 3 each time getting into the game resting for a while until she talks to you. I'm sorry I don't remember what number to set it to, but that is what fixed my problem. Hope you get it fixed.

Thanks a lot, everyone...
My opinion is that you're just done with it...
An even value in EXPLOVETALK should mean "the end of the romance" IIRC, and from what you're saying, I see you have already had the best ending I know of.
Maybe there are no more lovetalks avilable and when her timer expires the last one keeps spawning.
For me, it happened with Jaheira (his last lovetalk in soa was repeating... forever). It wasn't such a bad thing, I liked that dialogue
I played Viconia romance in ToB once, and IIRC your lover will have something new to say only when you'll get close to the final battle.
I wouldn't advise using SK unless you know exactly what to do.
The name of Minsc showing up in the dialogue is a silly bug and means nothing. I think that it's caused by characters' relative positions when some npc wants to initiate dialog.
One time, for instance, I saw Sarevok talking obviously to me but my answers were labeled "Viconia".
A very silly bug, but harmless!
Minsc won't steal your loved one, don't worry.
Just try to stay closer to her if you like to be the one who answers her questions
Hope it helps.
Where we came from, we don't know
Where we're going.... (even worse)
And about who we could be, we actually have trouble in clearly defining the term "to be" in the first place...
