gem of weave

i need some insite on the gem of weave i researched the lower catacombs & prison i could not find it thanx for any help

To obtain the gem you must go and speak to Ironbar at the House of Gems. He will then give you a device you need to access a chamber outside (under the broken statue). There you will find then new gem of the weave.
