Does the reputation have any effect at all on the character your romancing? I chose Viconia as a cleric (I really can't stand Anomen) and decided to favor her romance plot over Jaheira. Thing is, I have to maintain a positive alignment to get better prices in stores, and as a requirement for my class (stalker).
When Viconia starts to complain because of party reputation being too noble (called us a bunch of fools), will it negatively affect the romance plot?

Yes, as long as you stay away from break away point your rep should not influence the romance. And once you've rescued Imoen it will be easy to lower your rep if need be.

You will acquire the ability to transform into your more murderous Bhaal side by becoming the Slayer. Shortly before leaving Spellhold you'll be able to initiate the transformation at will, and you'll lose two rep points every time you do so.
