Submitting Character

Post by lunarwater »

I suppose the first time one goes to the land of Argyle a person could create their character for the first time. Is there anyway we could submit our Level 1 BIC player file??? The reason I say this is that the character creater does not allow for fully editable characters (such as tattoos on a players legs), different portrait choices, etc...

Another thing is the different clothing that the character starts with. Many of them just look, blah. The toolset allows you to remove the sleeves, add some color to spruce them up, etc... This allows for making your character distinct (w/o giving the clothing any modifiers).

I think this might be unlikely. Realistically if everyone on Argyle wanted a custom character we would be swamped. I suppose you could approach the uber-DM's about it though. (Rhino et al)

Send in your .bic? No way. We couldn't guarantee that the server is free of cheaters if we did that. I'm pretty sure that you don't want to cheat, but I'm also pretty sure that I couldn't tell if you did, know what I mean? ;)

Heed is working on the hak pak. Perhaps he could enable the custom tattoos somehow. Post on the Argyle forums.

About the clothing... Something has been done about that already. There's an armor painter on the Test server, at least.
