Two Phaere's I think I need patch!!

After I went to the temple and then to talk to phaere at the female fighter's society there two phaere's in there this is the same game where I'm romancing Anomen and terl who doesn't say anything follows the group around the slums and I have the NPC mod of Kelsey

Is there a patch for this!! This is the only game that am having probelms with

I got the same bug once when soloing with my undead hunter (or maybe it was my monk) I notice that bugs happen a lot more often when soloing.
When I got the bug both phaere's were there right when it was time for the dragon egg switching quest.
I've also gotten a bug when rescuing Phaere when there was no one at the place to rescue her, then when I enter town Solfuien (or however it's spelled) tells me to get ready for the mind flayers to come. then I ran back to that place and no one is there. then I entered the town again and saw a bunch of stuff of mind flayers doing damage to Phaere and Phaere dying then Solufien said "you fool now our lives are forfit to the matron mother" and everyone started to attack me in town.
I had to teleport over to he mind flayers in the area that the beholder is supposed to come in at and Ctrl R her once to keep her alive.
I've gotten lots of bugs in the underdark. do the phaere's both act the same and is there no other harm besides 2 of them? plus do they look different? it did for me.

Edit: and I have a patch installed for TOB already.

I went the Phaere that you're supposed to talk to then the second one standing in the doorway finshes and gives me the key for the eggs

that sounds confusing, okay I think your saying that you went to the Phaere that was supposed to be there and she gave you the eggs. then you went to the other one that shouldn't be there. but what did that one do did it give you eggs to or tell you to hurry up in the egg switching?
for me I talked to the one that shouldn't be there and she gave me the quest and the one that should be there then told me to hurry up and switch the eggs when I talked to her.
I think that the bug is caused when you walk outside of the building BEFORE the NPC walks out. that's what I noticed about Solfioun (however it's spelled) when it happened, he just bumped into the wall as I passed him. the one that shouldn't be there was near the door of the building for me. was it there for you to?

I sent keldorn to talk Phaere whos in the room more and the rest of the party is standing at the doorway the second Phaere finshs what the real phaere is saying and gives the key and egg to Anomen is there a patch for this!!!

I talked to the one that shouldn't be there and she gave me the quest and the one that should be there told me to hurry up with the egg switching (after I got the quest).
I don't know where to get a patch to fix this.

I just gave the fake egg to Phaere went to the temple and went through the summoning phaere dead so I sent keldorn into the fighters female society and the second phaere disspears so maybe everything cool!!

that's not the fun and evil thing to do......tell the Matron Mother that Phaere plans to betray her, and then LET the Matron sacrifice the eggs to that demon, then he the demon will reveal who you really are and you have to fight the whole drow city (great XP) then you go into the dragon cavern and that mean old dragon isn't too happy with you and says something like
"so you have returned when my eggs have been destroyed I sensed their deaths, all that partook in this crime shall pay but your failure makes you the first"

then you can slay her. and then in order to get out of the under dark go into that Kuo Toa lair which is all the way to the left and in the middle there.
you can now go past that locked door with drow guarding it....
I'm so evil to do that act....but I do it all of the time and soon I'm going to make a post about my evil path (this time with a party made to do evil stuff) that goes all the way into TOB. hee hee hee

Edit: I'm not sure which way gets you more xp, I think that possibly the good path gets you a little bit more XP but if you kill the whole drow city I think it could even out, but then again maybe not.
