My first name is Mattias, which means "God's gift". Pretty ironic considering I don't believe in God...

My family name is Sjöstrand. This name is made up by the two words "sjö", which means "lake" and "strand", which means "shore". Swedish family names often take inspiration from nature like this if they don't end with the classical "son" (which of course means "son of").

My name's Heather, but most know that...

My folks were hippies, so it's not too bad... I could have been named 'flower' instead of being named after a flower ;)

That reminds me of the story about a guy whose name was Lincoln because that's where he was conceived.

Hippie names are fun! I was almost named 'Tugboat'. :D Don't want to know why.

I have that with my middle name (and I'm not saying what it is, most people already know my first and last name if they look for it).
If I have a son, I'm not carrying on the tradition, because I don't see the point of middle names.

Bobbie Sue, Billy Ray, Billy Club, Bobbie Jo, Bobbie Ann, Billy Willy. Hell, the only way to truly distinguish those folks is by the license plate on their "hey buddy, pick'em'up truck." Those with no license plates hopefully have dental records. :D

Ah, Bobby Jo is my favourite name. :) He's Irish, you know.

Sadly, had to be put down due to injury. He was a great Grand National winner... :(

Yes Kam. She is just doing it to piss people off by making them record her phone number as Mob Mob in their phones  ...Seriously, I am unsure her motives...I think she just likes the sound of it.
