Need some help in Luskan (spoilers)

I am in chapter 2 and I just told Londa that her children were dead. Obviously she was upset and gave me a key to her husband's vault. Where is this vault?
Also, that merchant that needs the four levers for his invention to work - I can only find 2. Does anyone know where the others are? Are they all in the sewers somewhere? And if so which sewers (there are so many dugeons/sewers in Luskan I am forgetting which is which). Thanks in advance for any help.

Minor spoiler:

The vault is in the sewers (a room with 4-5 chests), that can only be opened with that key (warded and to complex to pick).

The levers are located (iirc):
(highlight to read)

There is one in the brothle, chest on the 1.floor.
You get one from a quest from the talking goul in the sewers.
One is found in the sewer (near the one you kill for the quest just mentioned)

Okay I have those 3, where is the 4th? And which sewers are those? The ones in the docks or the other area?

It is the sewers in town, there are a large sewer area, with gouls and the "vault" and the machine for potion making.

The 4th lever is afaik still attached to the machine.
