help! i went to the alliance inn and the griffon inn, i only got encountered by solomon and not the other dude/s that give me the poor neva quest. i went to both inns already..... any help?
are there any serious outcomes if i cant/dont do that quest? thanks

Try completing a quest in one of the regions then go back to one of the inns. I don't think anything serious will happen if you don't get the quests for whatever reason, although if you go back to the Alliance Arm Inn after you do some snooping in another area you should be approached by Neva's gang.

maybe the quest activates when i speak to neva.... or not.... dunno....
Correct. The next in the string of assassins won't pop up until the one prior to him has failed. Thus the half-orc wont appear until Solomon is dead and Neva won't appear until the half-orc is dead and so on.
It is best to be thought a fool and stay silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

The halfing Solomon is the first in a string of assassins sent by the Cult. After you kill him and return to the alliance arms there will be a man there that wishes to speak with you, much in the same manner as Solomon. He mentions a big half-orc in heavy armor looking for you. The next time you venture to one of the outside maps around Port Llast this large half-orc will attack you. Then the next time you return to town you will be met by either a man or a woman, depending on the sex of your character, who will ask you to come save their little brother Neva on the South Road. This is the 3rd in the string of assassins. Later you will be attacked by the crippled dwarf from the inn as well. He is the last assassin. At least this is how it happened in my game.
