Ok..so i go into the locked house in the docks district and get the guys letter and then go to Seedy Tavern go inside...go downstairs...go downstairs to the bottom floor(i think)and i cant find the girl that was supposed to be there??the one he had his people capture??i just got this game and am still sorta stupid as to whats goin on so all i need is a minor push in the right direction...thx

After you go down the stairs the second time, you should go forward then take the left passage around the corner, follow that passage till you reach the end(shouldn't be far) and open the door straight ahead, she should be in there with 2 blood sailors, kill them and initiate dialogue with her to find out where to go next.

You must find her to continue or you won't find the waterdavian creature for that area.

i bet you killed her by accident... oh wait i forgot you cant kill NPCs(god tats gay)
