Just curious to see if anyone else notice.
I dominated one of the guard dogs in the blacklake district just for fun. Then I was trying to talk to my henchman but accidentally clicked on the dog. He gave me the skinny on a lot of the area. He gave me directions to alot of the places that had storylines to them.
I couldn't talk to any guard dogs, but there is just a regular dog that you can talk to, well sort of talk to, he just expresses feelings and I get images in my mind of what he is trying to say. He doesn't really say much, no quests related to this dog, though you can be nice and feed him.
It may have been a regular dog. I remember he stayed with me a lot longer than most. I think it might have been in the Beggar's Nest not Blacklake.He told me stuff like there's a house in the northwest section that feels funny, some people are acting strange, ect.
