Just out of curiosity and all, is anyone cataloguing the quests? In terms of a nicely laid out guide for anyone stumped to follow, I think it would be really cool if maybe we all pitched in and submitted quests and stuff that we'd been on.
I've been through chapter one a couple times now and the second time through there was a lot that I had missed. Important quest descriptions would include:
Where to get the quest, or quest opener
Description of the quest
Reward(s) for completing the quest
Vague description on how to complete the quest (*minor spoilers*)
Detailed description on how to complete the quest, sub-quest and other difficult aspects to the quest (*major spoilers*)
Basically, we could all pitch in a make a strategy guide. Or is the guy at gamebanshee already have all this in mind? In which case it would be good of us all to steer how it is organized.
Maybe, just some ideas/suggestions.
Lemme know what you think.

That sounds like a lot of work.
Why not just use the search button? Give it a month or two, and anything that could possibly come up will be posted somewhere anyway...
Lost Souls: A bereft lover. A masterless familiar. Friends gone their separate ways. Time marches on, and destiny heralds the meeting of comrades old and new. Can they find what they're seeking? Or will the search bring them only more pain?

Well I was thinking at first that we could just crop the quest logs for the different chapters. Possibly how they change depending on the events that take place. Then someone would write the in-between stuff in to make it flow from one pic to the next.
If we got it going, it could make for a really organized walkthrough of the game. I might give it a go, but it will take me some time to get familiar with all the quests in the game, although I think I've bled the prelude and chapter one dry.
Chapter two (which is where I am now) seems to be where the bulk of the adventures take place, so it will be the hardest to write for.
One good way to do it though, would be to have the walkthrough set up in terms of a map.
For example (*Spoilers*):
In chapter one, you start out in the city core and Aribeth tells you all about your first quest
(Insert crop of quest outline here)
From there, it lists where you can find the creatures and how the quest ends or whatever else is needed. But this would link to the main quests in each of the four districts.
Waterdhavian Creatures -> Prison Break (Peninsula)
-> Undead Infestation (Beggar's Nest)
-> Meldanen's Estate (Blacklake)
-> Bloodsailors (Docks)
So when you went under the heading of say the peninsula, you would get the continuation of the quest started in the city core.
This would work for things like the art theft quest that Ophala gives you (I really didn't like Ophala, but she paid well), or the never's tomb quest that Oleff hands you.
Once you get to chapter two, things will be a lot harder, since you'll have to list the quests as if you were going in either of the three directions and use hyperlinks accordingly.
I could do the writing for this, but I would definately need someone to do the scripting and the internet work for me as well as someone to take the pictures.
But if it worked, we'd have a very nice and organized walkthrough and list of all the quests and subquests for the entire game.
As I understand it from inference and accidental reading of spoilers, chapters three and four will be pretty linear compared with chapter two, so they won't be as hard, but we'll see...
