hi there,
i explored the whole sewers and found two of the levers for 'colmars fantabolous contraptulator', still missing the third, air.
additional there is a door i can't enter, don't have a key with me.
is this the one leading to baram(?) the high-captain?
if not, how do i reach him? tired of searching...

I think you mean the luskan main sewer, Baram isnt in there.
Barams Lair can be acessed from Luskan directly, its in the northeast corner of the map, take the sewerentrance there and you are in his Lair ( this sewers are not connected to the Luskan main sewers ).

To open the locked doors in the mainsewers you have to do the Ghoulbrothers quest, and the quest for the woman in the cutlass inn who misses her children.
The third lever is somwhere down the sewers, but you actualy miss one more the stone lever wich can be found in the luskan brothel.
