Ceremonial Sword (spoilers inevitable)

Post by Kameleon »

OK, I've been doing all the Halueth quests in the first chapter, and I've come to the last piece. I'm at the aqueduct in the NW docks, and there's a door that I can't get past, however there isn't a chest with a not-at-all-subtle clue. I know that it's the Ceremonial Sword that I need to use, but what do I do with it to open that door? I've tried bashing the door with the sword but that didn't work. All I wanna do is get through and have a chat with my mate Charon... :D

Thanks in advance :)

Spoiler

The aqueduct isn't the last tomb, the one in Blacklake is. To reach the part of the sewers you need to have spoken with the Vengauls girlfriend below the tavern and recieved her locket that opens the door in the Silver Sails Trading company, after entering the sewers from their there should be a door ahead and to your right with a chest right beside it. The boatman Charon has nothing to do with the tombs quest but is rather a part of the quest for the cure components. He simply takes you to yet another part of the sewers where the component can be found.

It all depends on what order you do them in, doesn't it? ;)

Thanks - I was wondering what the Strange Door in the Silver Sails was for as well, but I thought I may as well just go on to try and find the last cure reagent...if the rest of the stuff happens while I'm doing that, great :) Thanks.

All depends on how you look at it. I just consider the one in Blacklake the last because it is actually Halueth Never's tomb and is specifically the one you are looking for in the quest, that and its the only one where you have to fight anything.

They are pretty good for experience. You shouldn't have any trouble at level 7.

Can't you take the arrow out of the chest and put it back in? Or does it disappear? (I never really checked)

It disappears. I didn't know the door relocked though...
