Tatoos

Post by Stilgar »

Why add the tatoo option when there are only 2different once, and their almost always covered up by armour?
Or can you add more tatoos later in the game?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

There's actually a bunch of options, but they do seem to get covered. Even when I take my armor off, they're missing though. Pity, he looked so handsome!

Make sure you change the color of the tatoos to some off the wall color. That will let you see them easier, because there are more than two options. Yes they are still there when you enter the game. I took the armor off my monk just to see and I saw the ones on her legs and her arm.

I went into the Toolset and created special robes for my monk with no sleeves just so I could see the tattoos.

There are tattoos for chest, upper arms, lower arms, legs, and any combination between them. Just keep clicking and look closely (or, even better, change tattoo colors).

I've noticed that if you change the clothes on your character it seems to lose the tatoos you had. The way around this is to change your clothes first, then go back & fix up some nice ink-work for your character.

...or just ignore the clothes completely. I don't know about you, but the first thing I do when I reach the game is equip armor.

Unless you're a mage, of course... Then you could afford to be fashion sensitive.
