Definitely Zergs. If you are into speed (like I am), Zergs are a joy to play. By the time other players have about 12 Battlecruisers or 12 carriers, I already have 9 groups of fully-upgraded Hydralisk (each group is 12, the total is 108) ready at my disposal. Even though the hydralisk is not the strongest unit in the game, it's, IMO, the most balanced. You get the bang for the buck. They are fast and cheap (relative to other units of the same level) to produce, and I can throw waves and waves of them at other players and only lose about 3000 minerals and 5000 gas. That's what I love about Zergs, just wave after wave of cheap units that is worth the money producing them. I use to overwhelm the other players with 9 groups of zerglings, 9 groups of hydras, 9 groups of multilisks, and 4 groups each of devourers and guardians. What it really all comes down to is that Starcraft is THE most balanced game ever made in history. You really can't tell which race is better, because in the hands of skilled and clever players, each race's advantage is used to the maximum, and that's what makes the game so fun even after 4 years.

I think it can be argued that the Terrans get the biggest shaft. They're not thge fastest, nor the strongest. They die within a few hits of any of the other species big units. Their strongest unit is a lumber wad of iron, with one main gun
The only way to play Terran, and win, is too survive the initial rush, and then build up your counter attack. Comprise it mostly of Marines, Goliaths, and Tanks, backed up by a few Wraiths, and maybe a Battle Cruiser or two. Then you might dent most enemy players.
