My banshee email account.

Heya freaks and geeks its me the bored and lonesome (Alright I am trying to be creative at work, its not easy... only on first cup of coffee)

Anyhow I am having the hardest time at home setting up my outlook to my randomthing@gamebanshee.com account. Everything is seen aka It see's that I can send out etc. Just not recieve, if someone could help me please do so... I know no one would email me there anyhow but hell...

atm my email is Damnbasen@yahoo.com

I presume that you have the right pop3 and smtp correctly set up?

Both are correct, earthlink.net and gamebanshee.com

I believe so. I am at work, will set it up at home in a couple hours to make sure...

Earthlink? any reason your using, what I think is anyway, online hosted e-mail to receive your GB stuff?

How do you get a GB email address? I always thought you had to be a mod or admin to get an email. Do you have to pay?

That's correct.
Us "normal"

members can't get a Gamebanshee e-mail adress.
At least, I couln't find anything about it.

Has Buck considered offering out @gamebanshee.com e-mail addresses for, say a reasonable donation to funds? I suspect quite a few people would be interested...

Many times, it has been discussed often.

@Random Thug, what have you tried to do, you seem pretty tech savvy, have you got any antivirus that might be conflicting?

Sorry for being vauge heh

Yeah I neglected to notice Buck set my name cap sensitive all lower case for my login name, I was using RandomThug....

randomthug fixed it.

Now I just have to edit Outlooks security so i can see half the emails...

Be careful about that. Having a GB e-mail tends to give us a lot of virus and Kelz stuff.

Thanks for the warning, I have been really extremly busy with work this past week so I haven't been able to tinker. I will though this weekend definitly. Alright now, back to work.
