where is the Onaglym Dwarves' Hoard?
i need the gem in order to get to the castle..

The dwarven Hoard Chamber is located at the House of Gems.

Highlight for spoiler

Once you need to find a new Gem of the Weave you will have to pay another visit to Ironbar at the House of Gems. He will give the Hinged Device you need to enter the chamber. With the Hinged device in your hands head to the exterior of the House of Gems and use the device on the broken statue there to enter the chamber and get a new Gem
