Black razor implementation

Post by Dumbass »

My char is currently wielding celest fury (main) and blackrazor (off), but I never seem to get the bonuses of blackrazor - not once since I picked it up, and it is just after Yaga shura now in TOB. Is it correctly implemented in TOB?

The other thing is... Is it worth dualling the Answerer with CFury or with Blackrazor, or sticking with my current combo?

Blackrazor's abilities are implimented right in ToB, but there's a percentile chance of you getting them when striking an opponent - you don't get it everytime you hit.
Also, the ability is random; sometimes you leveldrain the opponent 4 levels or so, sometimes you healed and so on.

As you wield Blackrazor in your off-hand, you only strike once a round with it, so it's not too surpricing that you haven't noticed the weapons great abilities. Try equipping Blackrazor in your mainhand and you'll see...

I don't find blackrazor that great of a weapon,
There are better weapons in the game, much better weapons!
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

I have Blackrazor in my main hand and after every fight I have 25 strength. To me it is a really great weapon, only downside is that it is only +3 and doesn't work with whirlwind.

It seems that when you get hasted during whirlwind your number of attacks drops from 10 to 6. I am not absolutely sure about this but I have experienced trouble with WW and GWW when wielding blackrazor or belm.

I've noticed this too. It seems that the haste effect of Blackrazor overrides the improved haste of WW and GWW.

Don't think so. I've installed every patch and bugfix from Bioware and Baldurdash and it still does this.
