Not long ago, I was playing paper-and-pen dungeons and dragons. I had been captured by kobolds and was kept in an old dungeon. There was a cleric who had also been captured while trying to help me. We were both low on hit points but he was asleep or something. I checked the walls for loose bricks and found behind one of the bricks, a potion of healing( not labeled) and a dagger. Foolishly I drunk the whole potion because I had forgotten about the cleric. The cleric died.
So I guess I hate not thinking before I do something the most.

I think it's a cool idea for one of my campaigns
Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes right down to the bone
#4, planning a party in long-term decisions only to find out that, things don’t work as you thought/planned.
"When I am working on a problem I never think about beauty. I only think about how to solve the problem. But when I have finished, if the solution is not beautiful, I know it is wrong."
