Baalor's Claw

I've just finished Yaga's Lair and in the ending sequences I have found Baalor's Claw. I've searched through everything and cannot find any reference to it.

I can only presume it is part of some other quest, obviously if this is a spoiler then please leave me in the dark! ;)

It`s an artifact part that you can use to make a weapon more powerfull at Caspenar.
