A fix for the wand of spell striking

In case you missed my testing monologue in my recent posts here is the summary and a file.

For the oringinal wand of spell striking both breach and pierce magic bypass spell shield rather than discharging the shield and being stopped as they should. Additionally, the pierce magic effect would get deflected/turned by spell deflection/turning when it should land.

Here is a modified item file for the wand so that its effects match the normal breach and pierce magic behavior.
