starscream rocked: in every episode he came inches away from being fried by megatron, let alone the autobots
Here where the flattering and mendacious swarm
Of lying epitaths their secrets keep,
At last incapable of further harm
The lewd forefathers of the village sleep.

i hated the 3D series

i watch transformers in the past too.
my fav is Galvatron. he's 1 evil dude.

starscream is a real comic relief.
often try 2 replace Megatron with himself but never succeed.

i love the movie. tats when i started supporting the Deceptitcons
cause Galvatron is like way cool.

but ever since the Transformers Head Masters Series(i did the japanese did that series) came out. it seems to hav spolit the whole story. nt to even mention the new 3D version. i couldn't even force myself 2 keep on 2 that channel. it's a real disappointment. Seem 2 have cheated the royal fans of the original Transformers.

haz.....

i still have Galvatron's toy in my cupboard. but with a missing arm

I always wonder how that leader of the evil guys Decepti-thingy could transform into something so tiny as a handgun :D

I like those dino-bots-thingy best as I seem to remember.
Didn't see terrible much of the Transformers though - was a fun cartoon - but was more into Mask (I think it was called :D )

the new ones that are currently on saturdays are an abomination, not just to transformers but to cartoons in general...it is so poorly draw...just pathetic.

but i will tell you a HORRIBLE thing about that new transformers. they took the old combaticons (brief history - starscream created them when he was banished to a little island that had soem wrecked military equipment and programmed them with criminals stored on cybertron, they formed brutucus when combined) and made them into autobots with completely different names and such. actually, it may have been the constructicons they changed the name of and mad einto autobots.
regardless...both had their names changed, and one set was made into autobots.

the beast wars series was a good series and kept the original history of transformers in tact, even using unicron, starscream and teletran 1 in the ARK with all the autobots "sleeping", and several other pieces from the original. plus, the animation was cool and was pretty funny at times.

about the headmaster series - it definitely started gettign weird, but was pretty cool when daniel was mad einto one...very cool. and the second golden age of cybertron with fortress maximus....very cool.
however, after that and kind of parallel to it, in japan they ran a separate series, one that involved the battle beasts.
does anyone remember that toy? you rubbed their sticker and it showed wood, fire, or water and that's how they battled? i have no idea what was going on in the shows sinc ei don't speak japanese, but i saw a few of the episodes...peculiar.

Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.

Thanks Kid. I'd had heard that you have to do that mainly with stuff from Geocities. I'll give it a whirl.

Hmmm, still doesn't seem to be working. Oh well. But at least you can see a gif of Dinobot transforming by downloading this file. Image

as i stated above, the combaticons merged into bruticus, whose only weakness were these three spots on the back of his neck
and the predacons were mentioned as forming predaking.
decepticon:
stunticons transform into menasor
autobot:
arielbots form superion
technobots form computron ( great episode involving grimlock gaining super intelligence, he creates them and offers up his new intelligence to them so they can form computron)
protectobots form defensor

that's all i can think of...

Hey, does anyone else have any Transformers situated on their PC? The 2nd Generation Optimus Prime, Grimlock, and Dinobot all have places of honor on my computer tower and printer (along side Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, etc.). Image

LMAO it's also kinda weird since the one who use the handgun always StarScream, considering how StarScream always want to topple Megatron leadership.

@Xan : Mask ?? IIRC it's a cartoon show where you got a transforming automobile and the character using a peculiar helmet which got certain ability. Let me see.... :
vehicle : Switch Blade, a chopper capable to transofrm into jet fighter
helmet : JackHammer
Well it's a classic allright, can't recall most of the names on the Mask cartoon :)
