need tob balthazar help - spoilers

Ok, i'm at the end of tob, about to fight balthazar, going throught the dialougs, and when i get to the part where i say my bit about not being evil and being a force of good, after that i have no text options, and the continue button on the bottom of the dialouge thingy is gone, disallowing any action, and forcing me to alt-F4 out of the game. Just did a reinstallation. I have the patches and everything, and the ascention mod, which i think is causing the problem, can anyone suggest anything or provide me with a file that will allow me to do this part, without removing ascention?

Its really frustrating. Did all the side quests and everything, and now it bugs out right before the ending.

Silly question, do you have the latest Ascension version 1.41? ?

The latest version fixes dialogue dead-end with Balthazar when using an Evil-aligned PC.

Hmm, perhaps i spoke to soon. Didn't work. Even reinstalled again, still no go. Any other suggestions?

Delete the AR5005.bcs file from your override. That may be the file causing the problem. In the newest update on Baldurdash, this file has been removed from the .zip.

If that fails, start again from an earlier save.

Sounds like you've got the dialog.tlk file in your override, not your BG2 folder.
