Gentlemens Race

Post by Tamerlane »

Some would say that horse racing is the sports of gentlemen everywhere. But for me nothing beats the thrill and passion which comes from watching the great sport which is formula one.

Yes, the season is upon us once again and Webber came fifth. :D
Finally a new generation of racers will contend with the likes of Ferrari, McLaren and Williams.

Go the mighty Minardi's!!!

Good stuff! (Not a fan of Formula 1 but just cheering for an Australian :) )
Let me guess who came first, Michael Schumacher?

He used the tactic which was developed at the Winter Olympics.

Stay at the back and wait for 10 to 15 cars to crash/pile up or suffer from engine failure.

I thought that foxhunting was supposed to be the "sport of gentlemen." Or maybe it was fishing. In any case, I thought it was something involving the killing of small, rather stupid creatures, as opposed to losing money on large, rather stupid creatures. Am I wrong? :)
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
