I like the first option since this representative of British society could possibly deem us intelligent and witty. However, the latter is probably more indicative of the intelligence of the type of citizen that chooses to spread grafitti over his local 'college' in bitter resentment of his own lack of schooling!

Also, as has been mentioned, beware of Weasel, as his eyes are beady and all his mannerisms are weasely.
