Can the Jaheira romance finish in ch.7?

What I want to know is if people that are needed in the completion of the romance will spawn in suldanesselar? I downloaded one of those JaheiraRomance scripts that is meant to fix some problems... and when looking through the source I saw
!Global blahblah Chapter 4,5,7..

Does it mean that those peeps wont spawn?

Nope. certain key events in the romance script can only take place when you are in chapter 2,3 or 6.
