C is for COMMunication

But… I didn’t hear you renounce spam. You must know that while posting is enjoyable, it is best to post with some content rather than just the thrill of seeing your name in the left hand column. Even with my own high post count, I like to think I have always had something to say when hitting ‘submit’; though I’m am loath call this the ‘c’ word that a certain varmint has taken to using.

A "C" is a "C" however which way you put it, Doc. Do tell me, Doc, what's wrong with COMMunicating if I may ask? Don't worry, this is not an entrapment question.

Paladin's Word.

I've wanted to know where you're coming from.

Seriously, I've always wanted to know what your prognosis of my present state is.

I've always wanted to hear constructive criticism . :)

BTW, the little Macaroni your Nekro created was a poor version of my diametrically opposed self. You could do better than that, you know.

You're forgetting the Ultimate Driving Force that is Be.

I may have to test this theory. :D

Sensei, shame on you. It is the Power of Be that makes you steadfast on who you want to Be.

Much as the same way that for me is to Be a COMMrade. Image

Yes, my Son, but the experiment I mentioned will allow me to consume massive amounts of alcohol, thus furthering my own personal Be. :D

Can't find a cooler smiley than this.

Well, well, well... El Maestro dela Ser will surely be happy knowing that you too, found your Be...

...although I do hope you'd get to find your clothes back. :D

Maharlika, call me crazy, but I doubt you are sincere about being deprogrammed. I don’t think I can trust you to follow my program, which is fine in and of itself, but I’m worried about having my fee paid in a timely manner.

I find it strangely ironic that the person most vocal about communicating also has such a reliance on smilies and cutsie witticisms. Perhaps you could explain to the doc how you need to follow Weasel in order to communicate with your fellow forum members effectively…

SS: Alas, I can do nothing about Aegis’s lack of endowment. The best I can do is recommend a prosthesis. Strange that his condition is of such concern for you…
Then darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time

I never said I wanted to be deprogrammed to begin with. I'm interested what you have to say, then take it from there. As for your fee, what do you have in mind?

BTW, as regard to my smilies and wits, haven't you ever heard of non-verbal gestures and reading-between-the-lines? Strange of you for putting this point against me considering you're one who's so good in verbal and non-verbal forms of communication.

I follow Weasel simply because he leads COMM. Now, if you deem worthy to be our exalted leader of COMM, I don't see why I shouldn't mind following you too.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this:

Just because I COMMunicate, doesn't mean I sleep with Weasel. Image

Now, if you'll take this above statement literally then I suggest you see CE for therapy.

Maharlika: I appreciate your compliment of my communication skills, but in order to prevent a certain mustelid from getting a swollen cranium, could we call it something else? Conversing, dialog, maybe even intercourse (if for no other reason than to elicit snickers from Grunty).

As for CE, she is just upset that she’s actually qualified for this type of thing, while I’m… well let’s just say that I’m slightly less so.

You say you would follow me rather than Weasel? I hadn’t thought of that. Would you follow a slightly demented, evil prophet? I wonder…

People will follow Waverly for the same reason that people have to stare at automobile accidents - we are always fascinated by destruction!

It only concerns me because he keeps insisting on showing off the effects of the Shortening Disease and, well...it's a bit scary to see. ;)

Do you often elicit this response[sudden, inexplicable shortening] in men?

Nope. This is a disease that popped up a while back. First Aegis got it, then he passed it on to Vehemence, then he passed it on to Georgi, then she passed it on to me. Veh got so short he vanished. Georgi and I recovered. Aegis...well, he still suffers occasionally and seems to enjoy flaunting it.
