I don't have the ToB xpansion and just wonder if there's any patch or something I can d/l to get the special skills from ToB to my PC?
Also I played around in SK to mod my PC a little bit and there I could add spells like "Wish" and "Dragon Breath". Do they work on my character? I tried the Shapechange from the Druid kit, my that made the game crash...

I've never seen any patch that can give you the highlevel abilities, so I think that you're uot of luck, unfortunately.
Though you might what to ask Sabre...
Sorry, no patch for High Level Abilities without ToB, since the game wouldn't know how to use it correctly - the coding is done in the exe file of the game, so can't be change.
