Which to pick for a melee warrior...inertial barrier, for the great resists, or belt of fire giant strength, for the killer to-hit and damage bonuses....

IMO It kinda depends on how low your strength is. But I would normally pick the belt of inertial barrier.

Get them both, but wear the Strength belt. When you run into Mages or Dragons, switch to the Belt of Inertial Barrier. ;)

Wield the Crom Faeyr and wear the Belt of Inertial Barrier, solves most ploblems. :)
