is there a walkthrough for the TOB romances?

Post by Luther »

Right now I'm romancing Jaheira and haven't got a dialogue for a while. I'm wondering if I need to do the pause trick or sleep somewhere special or wait for a certain event. I checked the status and it's still active. Anyway, has anybody posted romance walkthroughs for TOB?

What was the last dialogue you got from her and what part are you currently up to? Most of the dialogues in ToB are related to events in the game. I don't think there's a walkthrough from romance in ToB yet.

Hmmm, the last dialogue I got was something about destiny and I joked to Jaheira something about almost getting killed a lot of times and then she said "you try to hard" and then it ended. It was kind of an abrupt end to the dialogue so afterwards I checked the romance variable and it was still at 2 so I figured I didn't kill the romance. I then went to Sendai's lair and Abazigal's and am now back in Amkethran about to go into Balthazar's stronghold. I'm about finished with the game so I'd like to complete the romance too.

I completed the game with jaheira, and I reached a point where hse just didn't talk forever. I thought I had really messed up the romance, but at the end of the game, I got the romance end.

My question, is the romance end scripted to play regardless of where you are in the romance when you beat the game? I mean as long as it is active that is.

Guess what? I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!

Luther the Hard: Ok, from what you said, the romance is fine. Just keep playing the game and you will get the next dialogue - which will be the last for the romance.

Bloodstalker: As long as you have the romance interest in your party with their RomanceActive variable is 2, and you didn't become a god, you'll get the romance ending.
