ToB worsened IA?!?!?!?!?

Post by Littiz »

Hi guys, I got a serious issue here.
I finished once SoA without ToB installed,
and had much fun eliminating all the Cowled
Wizards. The limit with the IA was that you
could use area spells and wait for them to die. But I always confront my enemies, and for the rest, they were smart. I mean, I disappear, they cast true sight. (Very fun
if you cast Spell Immunity: Divination before
disappearing!!!!)
Now I'm replaying with ToB installed. I've no words. They just stay there and do nothing. I disappear, and they wait!
Not a single true sight!!!
:(
I could slaughter them all with mislead, sending away my copy!
They' re more stupid than before!!!!!!!
Someone knows how to fix this problem?
I know there's a (great) site where they
develop enemies IA, but I found only improvement for dragons and Beholders.
Any clue? Thanx!

When TOB was released they fixed SOME IA (AI Artifical Intelligence is the English way) but as in all programming when you fix you also break.. If you want to have a well beefed up game get the AI fixes from Balderdash? Search this forum for AI fixes you'll get there. - Curdis
