Ranger/Cleric cant dual class ranger?

ok now I wanted to start a ranger cleric but the manual says it isnt possible to dual class a ranger, so how did everyone actually dual class his/her ranger to a cleric?

Seems kinda weird

My stats are ok so thats not the problem..

The game lets you to dual your ranger despite the manual

Well I cant?

I choose the ranger stalker kit, now I'm lvl 9 and want to dual class to cleric

I got
18 str
18 dex
9 int
18 wisdom
3 charisma (18 with ring)
And I am human

Just noticed that even in shadowkeeper I cant choose ranger/cleric only cleric/ranger.. seems a bit weird maybe the patch changed this?

You can only dual Beastmasters ad vanilla Rangers. No Stalker/Clerics or Archer/Cleric with ToB.

Note: If ToB is NOT installed, any Ranger kit can dual to cleric.

Thanks that clears things up!, I got ToB this weekend and decided to start from the beginning oh well Ill just change my ranger into a normal ranger then!
