bug with Keldorn and boots of speed

This just started happening in my game. It appears that the boots of speed no longer work with Keldorn. He puts them on and nothing happens. No haste icon and no movement rate boost. I don't want to cause any hysteria or cast any criticism, but I think it started about the same time I installed the Baldurdash fix pack. I could be wrong, but it's the only altering I've done to the game (recently! )

Any ideas on this? Kevin?
Otherwise Keldorn will have to go barefoot until I can find where I sold all my old boots!

Whoa!!! Cancel this! I just saw the post below. I didn't know the ring of free action negates haste. I'll figure it out.
