New ToB Map

Hello everybody,
i have begun to play ToB after the last chapter in BGII (Irenicus dead),
and my overall map has changed: Atkatla, Tredmeet, Windspear Hill etc. etc.
are no more in Tob new map, as i can see now starting ToB.
As a matter of fact all i can see is only the Southern part of BGII map.

Shell i be able to return to Druid's Wood for Jaheira Druid Challenge?
Will old BGII places be avaible in ToB map, later in the game?

No, once you starts ToB you cannot go back to any of the areas in SoA, unless you cheat of course.
