ToB importing

I have just finished the Throne of Bhaal and I'm wondering is there anyway that I can import my whole party to a new game (mostly because of the equipment).

you can import the players you made by going to character and clicking 'export' then, start a new game and create character. go to import and just import him, complete with stats, XP, items, but no bags of any type. they are not allowed to be imported

But I want to export Minsc, Keldorn etc. How do I do that? Could you give the information in details?

TO start with the members of your current group, use a import a save file in which they are with you, and they will begin the game with you. If that doesn't work for you, you can wait till you reach the Pocket plane, and then by talking to a statue, you can get whomever you want.
