BhaalSpawn???
BhaalSpawn???
I was takin' a peekter through the walkthough on this site. It's a doozie, eh? Detailed maps, intricate game hints, tips, and tell ya what to dos.
Now, this is my question. I was looking at the City of Baldur's Gate bit, and I saw that they say that the guy in the beginning, who was thrown off by Sarevok. How do we know that the guy is a Bhaal Spawn. I see how what Sarevok sez may be leading to it. Did Bioware have the BhaalSpawn hunt in mind all along?

Honestly I don't know.
I firstly played SoA and ToB and then went back to play BG1 (which I've just finished
)
Now, while being through the game I noticed or heard --don't remember-- something which was straight up connected to the plot of ToB. I then thought if the whole concept of the game was completed long before the actual game.
I think I've kept some note about it. I hope to find it --if only my desk was neat and tidy...
Cheers

Magic is impressive, but now Minsc leads! Swords for everyone!

Well, I've fount it: it wasn't during the game but in the end: the hall of statues and the statue of Saverok being broken into pieces. I thought it was a symbolism of the many Bhaalspawns existed. But maybe I'm wrong...

Geez, Bhaal porks like a rabbit!!
How many kids he got? I heard a rumour of possibly recruiting that Blue Dragon guy to your cause in ToB? I know that this is a BG forum, but still!
I'd like to know this!

Oh, I see. Hmm, and how does this conversion happen? No idea about it. I've never heard it before, it sounds interesting though.

You can convince Balthazar to help you out, but only if you're of, ah, sufficient moral fibre.
He won't join you as a party member, but he'll be there when you need him most.
He's not the dragon guy; he's the baldy monk guy.
