I found out that you CAN lie to the Pillar of Skulls about Fjuhll Forked Tongue's location!
I cast friends twice to increase my charisma to 24 and voila! new speech option!
Also, I had INT 20 and WIS 25, so they might have helped but the charisma made the difference.
This way you can get one question out of the Pillar with no dire consequences.

Perhaps i should have mentioned it before

I assume that is why they give you those little leech like creatures

Maybe, but my INT and WIS were permanent (and some tatto help)
